How did you get into acting?
Like most actors I know it started out when I was a child. I just loved playing around and acting out different characters. Acting for friends and family as fun turned serious when I was around 18-years-old and decided to leave my hometown to move to São Paulo to have a real go at acting and modelling.
Tell me about one your favourite places in São Paulo.
It’s difficult to choose just one place since I’m in love with this city where everything happens at all once. But I suppose the Ibirapuera Park has been my refuge lately. It’s delightful to have a place of peace and nature in the middle of this concrete jungle.
Is there any specific character you dream of playing?
I don’t have many requirements when it comes to characters I’m given. I think you can turn any character into an interesting one, be it a good guy or bad guy. However, I do dream about playing Alex DeLarge (Clockwork Orange) in the theatre one day.
If you could invite three celebrities to your birthday party, who would they be?
Bob Dylan, Meryl Streep and Anthony Hopkins. Imagine the conversation you could have with Meryl and Anthony while listening to sweet music by Bob.
Tell us one thing about yourself that most people don’t know.
I don’t know if I should take great pride in this or not but I think I have an excellent talent in spotting what totally opposite foods would go well together, like Doritos and Nutella. If two things are tasty on their own, why not combine them?
